We use sustainable, natural materials. We manufacture our building components offsite and then we deliver and rapidly assemble our units onsite.
Poplar Seed
Our products are built with modular, engineered wood cassettes and filled with hemp wool insulation. This innovative structural approach allows us to quickly assemble units on site.
We are committed to using natural, healthy materials. All of our units are wrapped in a waterproof membrane and clad in upcycled rice hull composite siding. Floors are made of wide European white oak boards, and walls are made of organically dyed wood fiber panels. Ceilings are an LED lit stretched canvas fabric.
All units come with an efficient split-mini system for heating and cooling + electrical outlets.

Once you give us the greenlight you’ll pay an initial deposit to lock-in the order and a delivery date. We’ll then mobilize our team and prepare your unit.

We will arrive on your delivery date and begin assembly. First we will set the foundation and then assemble the unit. Within a few weeks your unit will be ready, we will hook up the electrical and hand over your keys!
